Booking & Deposits

• A 25–50% non-refundable booking fee may be required.

• Your deposit is deducted from your final bill.

• Appointments are confirmed after the deposit is received.

Cancellations

• 24 hours notice is required.

• Late cancellations lose the booking fee.

• No-shows are charged 100%.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their appointment.

Nail Repairs

Complimentary repairs are available within 48 hours for application issues.

Refund Policy

Beauty treatments are non-refundable. Contact us within 48 hours if you experience an issue.

Nail Art

Prices depend on design complexity. Inspiration photos are welcome.

Removal

Removal of products from another salon may require additional time and charges.

Health & Safety

Please inform us of allergies, pregnancy, infections or medical conditions before your appointment.

Children & Guests

Only clients receiving treatment should attend unless agreed in advance.

Payment

We accept cash and major debit/credit cards. Payment is due immediately after treatment.

Photography

We may photograph completed nails unless requested otherwise.

VIP Policy

Foreign infills may require removal.

Extra-long nails, chrome, French tips, crystals and detailed nail art are charged separately.
